Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions involving Hip Product Factory and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order.

Price/Payment

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled, If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, cash and check.

Availability

All orders are accepted subject to availability.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after you have submitted your order, or we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Delivery

Most shipments in the United States will take 6-12 business days.

Most shipments in Canada are delivered by Canpar and will take 2-9 business days. Some deliveries to rural areas will go via Canada Post. The shipping rate will not change from the amount listed at the time of your order.

We are very happy to accept orders from all over the world although we will have to quote delivery charges separately and cannot be held responsible for any local import duty at destination.

Exchange/Returns

Any damaged product will be refunded in full.

If for any other reason you are unhappy with the items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and providing they are still in a completely saleable condition, we will issue a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used to place the order once we have received the goods back in our warehouse.

Accuracy/Copyright

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error we will advise you about it as soon as possible.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorized by us or our licensors.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a purchase on this website) download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose.
